Globo IT Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated **Telecalling, Sales, and Digital Marketing Executive** to join our growing team. This hybrid role involves driving sales through telecalling, managing client relationships, and executing digital marketing campaigns to enhance our company's online presence. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Telecalling & Sales**:

- Reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce products and services.
- Conduct follow-ups on sales leads and existing clients.
- Handle inquiries, explain product features, and close sales deals.
- Maintain a database of customer contacts and ensure timely follow-up.
- **Digital Marketing**:

- Create engaging content for social media platforms to build brand awareness.
- Assist in managing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and providing ongoing support.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or digital marketing is a plus.
- Good understanding of digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset.
