Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from the database (exhibitors, event organizers, marketing managers, etc.).
  • Explain company services related to stall design, fabrication, branding & exhibition setup.
  • Understand client requirements and generate qualified leads.
  • Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team or design team.
  • Maintain and update client call log, follow-up records
  • Send introductory emails, WhatsApp messages, and company profile to prospects.
  • Coordinate with the design and operations team to share basic client requirements.
  • Responsible for daily follow-ups until conversion.
  • Handle inquiries received via calls, social media, and exhibitions.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi – additional regional language is a plus).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Basic understanding of exhibition stall design industry will be added advantage.
  • Good at MS Excel / CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure & target-oriented environment.
  • Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Qualification

  • Graduate / Diploma in Marketing / Any discipline
  • Professional telecalling or inside sales training is preferable
