**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs and enhance ROI.
- Create and curate engaging content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective marketing collateral.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital landscape.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and influencers to expand brand reach.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and audience insights, recommending strategies to tap into emerging trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on digital media and content management.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital media and innovation.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website content management systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
