**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Commodity Sampling & Inspection**:

- Collect representative samples from lots/crates/bags using standard protocols (triers, sampling spears, etc.).
- Inspect and segregate commodities based on visible parameters such as infestation, damage, discoloration, moisture, and admixture.
- **Testing & Grading**:

- Conduct physical and chemical tests:

- Moisture content measurement (using moisture meters/oven method).
- Foreign matter, broken/damaged grains, shriveled grains, and weevilled grains.
- Test weight, size, and purity standards.
- Grade commodities as per AGMARK, FCI, NAFED, WDRA, or buyer-specific standards.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Record test results and maintain log sheets for each lot.
- Generate quality certificates for buyers, farmers, and warehouse operators.
- Maintain digital/manual records as per audit requirements.
- **Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with government quality norms (FSSAI, WDRA, APMC rules).
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols while handling samples.
- **Technology & Equipment Handling**:

- Operate and maintain grain analyzers, moisture meters, weighing balances, sieves, and other lab equipment.
- Adapt to digital testing machines or automated quality assessment tools (e.g., AI-based grain analyzers).
- **Stakeholder Coordination**:

- Coordinate with procurement teams, farmers, traders, and warehouse staff.
- Support dispute resolution by providing transparent quality reports.

**Education & Qualification**:
B.SC/M.SC in Agriculture
Experience - 2 to 6 yrs.
Compensation: As per the industry standards

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
