Job Description (JD) – Quality Checker

**Location:** Chhatral

**Position:** Quality Checker

**Department:** Quality Control / Production

**Salary:** ₹15,000 per month

Job Purpose

To ensure that all manufactured products meet the company's quality standards through proper inspection and reporting of defects.

Key Responsibilities

· Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.

· Verify product dimensions, design, and appearance as per company standards.

· Identify and segregate defective materials.

· Prepare inspection records and daily quality check reports.

· Coordinate with supervisors to resolve quality issues.

· Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety guidelines.

· Support corrective and preventive actions to reduce rejection and rework.

Skills & Requirements

· Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred/ITI).

· Basic knowledge of quality control in manufacturing.

· Good observation skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work in shifts and handle repetitive tasks.

· Prior experience in quality checking (preferred but not mandatory).
