Job Description (JD) – Quality Checker

*Location:* Chhatral

*Position:* Quality Checker

*Department:* Quality Control / Production

*Salary:* ₹15,000 per month

Job Purpose

To ensure that all manufactured products meet the company's quality standards through proper inspection and reporting of defects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.

  • Verify product dimensions, design, and appearance as per company standards.

  • Identify and segregate defective materials.

  • Prepare inspection records and daily quality check reports.

  • Coordinate with supervisors to resolve quality issues.

  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety guidelines.

  • Support corrective and preventive actions to reduce rejection and rework.

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred/ITI).

  • Basic knowledge of quality control in manufacturing.

  • Good observation skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in shifts and handle repetitive tasks.

  • Prior experience in quality checking (preferred but not mandatory).
