Experience: 0–2 years (Preferably in Cosmetics or Pharma Industry)

Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform chemical & microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process & finished products.
  • Conduct stability studies, sterility, microbial limit & environmental monitoring.
  • Ensure accurate documentation & compliance with SOPs, GMP, GLP & ISO standards.
  • Report deviations/OOS results & support in root cause analysis and CAPA.
  • Maintain lab hygiene, sanitation, and disinfection monitoring.
  • Support validations of cleanrooms, HVAC & production equipment.
  • Participate in audits & ensure lab readiness.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in lab practices & quality systems.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and observation skills.
  • Proficiency in laboratory equipment operation and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200, ₹250,000.00 per year
