Position: Quality Engineer

Location: Kalol - Gandhinagar
Experience: 4 - 6 Years
Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to use Measuring instruments, Vernier, Micrometer, profile projector, height gauge, etc.
  • Ability to inspect parts & make PDI reports.
  • Basic knowledge of engineering processes: Rolling, Annealing, extrusion, blanking, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ISO 45001.
  • Understand & able to make control plan, PFMEA, PFC, MSA documents.
  • Understand the instruments calibration process & able to maintain the plan for calibration & monitor.
  • Understand the internal & external nonconformity.
  • Ability to make corrective / preventive action plan & implement against nonconformity.
  • Basic awareness of 7QC tools & its use.
  • Able to make analysis reports for internal / external nonconformity.
  • Able to handle customer complaints through analysis reports & maintain records.
  • To assist the Manager-QC in all aspects of department activities and preparation/submission of status reports.
  • To ensure quality of products as per the drawing requirements.
  • To monitor stage-wise Product Quality Control, inspection status of the product.
  • To involve with Production In-charge / Supervisors for continuous improvements on product/process as per the requirement while following the effective IMS.
  • To reject non-conforming products at the time of Inward Inspection and hold any finished product at PDI stage for the required rectification/rework processes.
  • Able to handle a team with respect to achieve organization goals.
Required Skills:
  • Organizing.
  • Spoken and written English.
  • Positive attitude towards responsibility.

  • B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
