At DigiQARC, we deliver innovative product development and digital solutions to help businesses grow. We are now expanding our services to offer comprehensive digital marketing solutions for our clients and are seeking a Digital Marketing Executives to lead this initiative.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, including setting KPIs, managing budgets, tracking performance, and optimizing campaigns.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a digital marketing team while being directly involved in the day-to-day marketing activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and creative teams, to ensure a cohesive client marketing strategy.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for clients.
- Drive the creation of high-quality content that aligns with the client’s brand voice and engages their target audience.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring their marketing goals are met and adapting strategies as needed.
- Keep up with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continually optimize marketing efforts and offer innovative solutions to clients.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
- Manage digital marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, social media management platforms, and automation tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tech or a related field.
- 1-2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing and executing successful campaigns.
- Experience in managing and mentoring small teams, with strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication, client management, and project management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹29,956.44 per month

- Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
