**Position**: Tele caller (Sales Department)
**Location**: Thane
**Experience**: 4-5 years in a call center or sales role
**Languages**: Fluent in English and Gujarati

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking **Telecaller** to join our Sales Department. Your primary role will be to drive sales by contacting existing and potential customers via phone, handling inquiries, and closing sales deals efficiently. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, resolving their queries, and maintaining accurate client data.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients, explaining products and services.
- Address customer queries and resolve product-related issues.
- Collect and record customer information, maintaining and updating the client database.
- Close sales deals and follow up with clients regularly.
- Suggest product solutions based on customer needs.
- Ensure clear and concise communication in both English and Gujarati.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4-5 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle pressure, manage multiple tasks, and work both independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of CRM software is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

- Bachelor's (preferred)
