**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Make calls to prospective customers to promote products and services, following established scripts and guidelines.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads by asking relevant questions and gathering necessary information.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with potential customers, addressing their inquiries and providing detailed information about offerings.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and customer information in the CRM system.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
- **Feedback**: Gather customer feedback and report on common trends or concerns to improve service delivery.
- **Targets**: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets as set by management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills; ability to engage and persuade customers.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

**Working Conditions**:

- Fast-paced office environment; may involve working with targets and deadlines.
- May require evening or weekend hours based on business needs.
