Designation: Telecalling Executive Experience: Atleast 1year Location: Mumbai (Thane) Joining Period: Immediate-15 Days Function: Handles all customer queries in a professional manner, Gives solution to them & forward to respective department for solution and should see towards customer satisfaction. Roles and responsibilities: - Make telephone calls to prospects. - Take appointment for the demo of product for sales persons. - Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved. - Follow up with customers on daily basis.
