**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Research and identify new sales leads to support the sales team.
- **Sales Data Management**: Maintain and organize all sales data in Excel or other software.
- **Quotation Preparation**: Assist the sales team in preparing and sending quotations and Proforma Invoices (PI).
- **Sales Support**: Coordinate with the sales team to track sales orders, prepare reports, and ensure timely delivery.
- **Domestic and export sales coordination**: assist in managing both domestic and export sales processes, including communication with clients, order processing, and shipment follow-up.
- **Excel Software**: Proficient use of Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining sales records.
- Gems Tender Participation Bidding, Etc.. ( Knowledge will added advantage)

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate (any stream, preferably in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field).
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role (preferably 1-2 years).
- Knowledge of domestic and export sales processes.
