Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer/Sr. Engineer at our Umargam facility. The responsibilities include overseeing production processes, ensuring product quality, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth operations. The role also involves optimizing manufacturing processes, maintaining adherence to safety and quality standards, analyzing data to improve efficiency, and providing technical support for ongoing and new projects.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes, quality control, and equipment maintenance
  • Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and process optimization
  • Technical skills and expertise in mechanical or metallurgical engineering disciplines
  • Strong communication, project management, and team collaboration abilities
  • Understanding of international quality standards and industry compliance requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, or related field) preferred
  • Prior experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, or Petrochemicals is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using relevant engineering software tools and technologies
