Logistics Executive

1. Respond to RFQ opportunities; Execute Projects requirements; Explore business cases propositions to leverage best value and excel expenditure cautiousness. Aggressively scout and establish seamless nexuses across available sources and needs consistent with business demands. Revive logistics, coordinate with C&F agents, transporters, and other external agencies to achieve seamless solutions and effective in
- and out
- bound material movement i.e., through’ value chain. A go-getting function to entwine extended relationships that spiral and embrace all around business value chain.

2. Align, configure and integrate internal and external stakeholders to aggregate requirements. Actively support to head materials towards fulfilling business needs. Closely work, plan and align with internal and external stakeholder to acquire BoPs, RM, SFG and FG as and when needed. Function as negotiatorin-chief with authority for deciding to drop an existing or add a new supplier.

3. Strategically facilitate operations through capacity and readiness. Champion extended value chain interface with operations thro’ seamless lead time executions, predictable plans and OTIF (on time and in full) for consistent, reliable and sustainable procurements. Actively vanguard Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process and rough-cut capacity planning and regularly plan course correction actions as appropriate. Initiate value enrichments across all functional realms pertaining to CapEx and OpEx procurements; drive best practices to achieve optimal inventory footprint; and restrain risks.

4. Responsible for managing techno-commercial negotiations including MOQ, stock reconciliation, shipment, and preparing domestic & export loading schedules. Advance and improve materials flow function by adopting advanced principles and sophisticated techniques to optimize throttles, critical flows, de-risk schedules and facilitate just-in-time availability of materials for smooth processing and leading / facilitating ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence) events.

5. Implement good practices along the extended value streaming chain / network and perfectly blend their potential with respective operations like injection molding, thermoforming, extrusion, assembly, testing and trading.

6. Manage escalations and changes from either customer complaints or vendor lapses; dynamics of inbound and out-bound movements of materials, testing; and agile enough to respond and aptly mitigate to resolutions. Bridge, buffer, diplomat, decipher and defend between internal and external engineering and management teams.

7. Accountable for compliance to subscribed business systems like ISO 9001:2008. TS 16949 systems, ISO 140001 and OHSAS within the functional purview and ever readiness for audit and demonstrate transparency in practice.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
