Are you organized, tech-savvy, and fluent in English? **SROMPL** is looking for a skilled **Office Assistant** to join our team at the **Community Head Office** in Rajkot. In this role, you’ll support our operations with a variety of administrative tasks and assist the team in ensuring smooth day-to-day functions.

As part of SROMPL’s community-focused initiatives, you’ll help manage essential office duties, utilize digital tools, and assist with communication and social media tasks. If you’re efficient with MS Office, internet browsing, and social media platforms, and have excellent communication skills, we’d love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily office tasks such as organizing files, managing documents, and handling correspondence
- Use **MS Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare reports, maintain spreadsheets, and create presentations
- Conduct **internet research** and assist in gathering information relevant to our projects and community initiatives
- Assist with **social media management**, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers
- Support the team in various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and preparing agendas
- Ensure the smooth running of the office by managing supplies, organizing paperwork, and coordinating with vendors
- Help the team with other basic software as needed, such as Google Drive, and task management tools
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external partners in English

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic software tools
- Strong knowledge of **internet browsing** and ability to conduct thorough research
- Familiarity with **social media platforms** (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and the ability to assist with posting and engagement
- **Fluency in English** (both written and verbal) is a must
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic understanding of office equipment and software

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is a plus
- Knowledge of digital marketing and content creation is an added advantage
