**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Performs current state analysis, requirements analysis, gap analysis, risk assessment, and other related tasks as directed.
- Write clear, complete functional specifications and system use cases for business requirements and high-level design documentations.
- Communicate and translate business requirements effectively between functional areas and technical teams.
- Analyze new ideas and change requests to determine potential solutions and prioritize based on business objectives, added value.
- Perform impact analysis to data and systems resulting from new projects, enhancements
- Acts as SPOC for business requirements and represents the end user in the development process.
- Validating that solution meets business requirements prior to UAT (user acceptance testing)
- Will work cross functionally with internal teams and Customers (as need be) to ensure all business needs are met, stakeholders are kept informed on latest status updates and new system changes and build and maintain relationships.
- Prioritize assigned issues based on business impact. Troubleshoot and identify root cause of production support issues and collaborate with technical teams for resolution.
**Skills Required**:
- Prior experience of 5-7 in Business / Systems Analysis
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable communicating to audiences at various levels
- Strong analytical (both quantitative and qualitative), problem solving and organizational skills
- Strong in Critical Reasoning
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Should be able to conceptualize, visualize and articulate product ideas
- An in-depth understanding of operations/ business challenges and the ability to translate them into solutions is critical.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, and address challenges effectively
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Proven ability to execute multiple deliverables concurrently
- Proactive, self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work independently with mínimal guidance
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team setting
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
- Prior experience or background of Global Immigration business process is an added advantage
