**Setting goals**: Establish sales targets and objectives that are ambitious but achievable.
- **Managing sales**: Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales.
- **Managing inventory**: Maintain inventory levels and reorder when necessary.
- **Managing staff**: Supervise sales teams, coach and mentor sales associates, and plan professional development opportunities.
- **Managing operations**: Manage store operations, including administrative duties, staff scheduling, and organizing promotional campaigns.
- **Managing customer service**: Provide customer service, handle customer complaints, and develop and implement customer engagement strategies.
- **Managing safety and security**: Manage safety and security procedures.
- **Ensuring compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
