Job Description Job Title: Sales Head - Automobiles Location: Dibrugarh, Assam Experience: 10 to 15 years or more (Maruti Suzuki Parts experience is mandatory) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head - Automobiles to lead and manage the sales operations for Maruti Suzuki Spare Parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market reach. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the overall sales operations of Maruti Suzuki Spare Parts across assigned regions. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and growth objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and institutional clients. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities. Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management. Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve consistent performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and Maruti Suzuki guidelines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 10-15 years of experience in automobile spare parts sales, with mandatory experience in Maruti Suzuki Parts. Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts distribution and dealer management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
