We're expanding our team and seeking dynamic, experienced professionals to join us as Retail Operation Executive/Sr. Executive at Apollo Pharmacy

Key Locations:

  • Deoghar, Jharkhand

Role Overview:

You will be the backbone of our regional retail operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and driving profitability across multiple pharmacy outlets. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strong grasp of the retail pharmacy business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling day-to-day retail operations for a chain of pharmacy outlets.
  • Managing and optimizing Profit & Loss (P&L) for the assigned stores.
  • Conducting regular Store Audits to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Overseeing all aspects of Store Operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, staffing, and customer service.
  • Implementing and monitoring company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 to 7 years of mandatory working experience in retail store outlets operation, preferably within the retail pharmacy sector.
  • Knowledge: Very good knowledge of retail pharmacy outlets chain operation.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and operational management skills.
