Automobile Sales Executive

Job Description Summary We are seeking an experienced Automobile Sales Executive to join our team in North Bengal. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, demonstrating products, and converting prospects into sales. Responsibilities Present a professional appearance and attitude Lead management: generate prospects from showroom walk-ins, telephone inquiries, and other sources Enter customer inquiries into the system with complete details Demonstrate products to customers Conduct test rides and convert prospects into sales Address customer queries related to product specifications, delivery times, pricing, finance options, and other related topics Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as TR completion percentage, sales conversion rate, process adherence, customer experience, and CX rating Requirements Any graduate or diploma with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in automobile sales Good communication skills Ability to drive and hold a valid driving license Experience in sales expertise in the automobile industry, preferably in 2W or 4W dealerships, retail, insurance, finance, and banking Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets Strong customer service skills and ability to provide a positive customer experience Benefits MAXIMUM SALARY 2.64 LPA + Incentives Requirements • Experience: 1 Year of working experience in Automobile Sales, Dealership, Retail, Insurance, Finance & Banking preferred • Notice Period: Immediate - 10 days • Must know 2-wheeler driving and have Driving License • Good communication skills Qualification – 12th Pass/Graduation/Diploma Exp.
