About the Team

What You Will Be Doing
- Provide support to clients' requests and resolve job script issues.
- Perform technical support activities in a software production environment.
- Detect, diagnose, and report problems.
- Assist programming staff in analyzing software amendments, performance, and resource consumption.
- Offer technical consultation to internal users regarding software capabilities and use.
- Follow escalation procedures to resolve incidents, problems, or errors timely.

What You Bring
- Skills: Must have Unix. Added advantage: Shell scripting, job scheduler.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Interpersonal and team-building skills, with conflict management abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills.
- General business knowledge, financial management, and planning skills.
