- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services- Provide information about products or services and answer any questions from customers- Follow up with customers who have shown interest in our products or services- Maintain accurate records of all calls made and customer interactions- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling**Key competency and skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent- 0-1 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
