Technology: Knowledge about Job Portals, Social Media Recruitment Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking System ( ATS ) Well versed with Microsoft Office TA executive will be responsible for the successful completion of Recruitment closures and ensure that Complete End-to-End responsibility and accountability of the given sourcing requirement till the Promote the job on social media and job portals. Performing reference and background checks, if requested by the client(s). Updating timely reports. - Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Should pocess strong sales, negotiation & convincing skills. Analytical and ability to multitask. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail. Strong work ethics. Should be an excellent team player Willingness to build career in Recruitment area. Result oriented and ability to build strong professional relationship.
