**Job Title: Inventory Executive**

**Position**: Inventory Executive

**Location**: [Coimbatore,Tamil Nadu]

**Position Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct daily tallying of weights for raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished jewelry items to ensure precision in inventory tracking.

2. Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively to analyze inventory data, generate reports, and identify trends in stock levels and usage patterns.

3. Coordinate with production and procurement teams to facilitate the replenishment of materials and components as needed.

4. Perform regular physical counts of inventory and reconcile any discrepancies with the inventory management system.

5. Implement and maintain efficient inventory management procedures and best practices to optimize workflow and minimize errors.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address inventory-related challenges and improve operational efficiency.

7. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while handling inventory items and working in the warehouse environment.

8. Provide support during audits and inspections by ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a diploma, ITI certificate, or 12th-grade education.
- At least two years of demonstrated experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis functions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
