Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be expected to build lasting customer relationships and achieve individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage with customers as they enter the showroom, providing a welcoming and personalized shopping experience.
  • Understand customer needs and provide expert product advice and recommendations.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and specifications.
  • Assist customers with product selection, explain product details, and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized showroom display, ensuring products are presented attractively and accurately.
  • Process sales transactions, handle payment processing, and issue receipts.
  • Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Track and follow up on customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and handling any issues.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by management.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute promotional events and campaigns.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to replenish products as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest product releases and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in a showroom or retail environment.
  • Male and female candidates needed
  • Customer-focused with a positive, approachable attitude.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customers simultaneously.
  • A team player who can collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
