**Job Title: Car Showroom Sales Executive**

**Location**: Coimbatore

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Experience**: Minimum 3 years in car sales

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers visiting the showroom, understand their requirements, and provide professional advice on suitable vehicles.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase vehicle features and benefits, addressing customer queries effectively.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest models, specifications, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the showroom.
- Assist customers with financing options, warranty packages, and other relevant services, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
- Coordinate vehicle test drives, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and providing support throughout the process.
- Handle documentation and paperwork related to vehicle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, fostering loyalty and generating repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in a showroom environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Sound knowledge of automotive products, features, and specifications.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as per showroom schedules.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Annur, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Inside sales: 3 years (required)
