Key Responsibilities:
2. Coordinate internal schedules, meetings, and calendar updates.

3. Maintain accurate tracking of placement tests, enrollments, and parent follow-ups.

4. Oversee support tools and ensure live chat systems are active and functional.

5. Support franchisees with operational tasks including marketing updates, test follow-ups, and lead status.

6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

7. Handle logistics of materials for Franchises across pan India.

8. Maintain trackers, records, and ensure timely task completion.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and basic CRM usage
- Detail-oriented and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Previous experience in franchise support, operations, or customer service preferred
