We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our advertising team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by identifying new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. If you are a passionate and persuasive sales professional with a strong understanding of the advertising industry, we'd like to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their advertising needs and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and potential leads.
- Present and demonstrate our advertising solutions to clients, highlighting their unique benefits.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop customized advertising proposals.
- Negotiate advertising contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
- Monitor the progress of advertising campaigns, providing regular updates to clients and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the advertising or media industry.
- Strong understanding of advertising platforms, trends, and technologies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹9,528.57 - ₹38,302.20 per month
