**Key Roles & Responsibilities**

**Business Development & Lead Generation**
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the signage and outdoor advertising sector.
- Research and target new client segments, including retail, hospitality, real estate, education, healthcare, and public sector organizations.
- Conduct regular field visits to potential clients across Chennai to present products, solutions, and value propositions.

**Sales Process Management**
- Qualify leads, prepare tailored proposals, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive pipeline management.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead, prospect, and customer data for accurate reporting and follow-up.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, complaints, and after-sales support, ensuring swift resolution and positive experiences.
- Gather client feedback and relay insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.

**Collaboration & Project Coordination**
- Work closely with operations, design, and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of signage and advertising projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and partners as needed to deliver projects on time and within budget.

**Market Intelligence & Strategy**
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies (such as digital, interactive, and programmatic signage) to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide market feedback and strategic recommendations to management for product and service enhancements.

**Reporting & Compliance**
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with local regulations and company policies, especially in the evolving regulatory landscape of Chennai.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience in signage, outdoor advertising, or related fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets independently.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills to interpret campaign data and market trends.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai for client meetings and site visits.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
