**Job Title: BTL Marketing**

As a BTL Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of below-the-line marketing strategies and campaigns. Your focus will be on direct engagement with target audiences through face-to-face interactions, events, activations, and other non-traditional media channels. You will work closely with various teams to develop initiatives that drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and brand awareness.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement BTL marketing campaigns and programs aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, creative, and digital) to create targeted activation strategies.
- Plan and manage experiential marketing, trade shows, events, and promotional activities.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to tailor BTL initiatives and measure their effectiveness.
- Build and manage relationships with third-party agencies, vendors, and partners for event execution.
- Monitor budgets and timelines for BTL projects, ensuring all activities are completed within scope.
- Track and report on campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Oversee the design, production, and distribution of promotional materials for events and activations.
- Manage the execution of in-store or on-ground campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in BTL marketing, experiential marketing, or event management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and vendors.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Creative thinking with the ability to translate concepts into actionable plans.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a leadership or management role in BTL marketing.
- Familiarity with consumer behavior and market trends in the industry.
- Experience in digital and social media marketing as part of integrated campaigns.
- Understanding of brand positioning and storyt

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
