We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic **Sales Executive** to join our vibrant team in Chennai. As a Sales Executive at MASTERPIECES Signage, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and enhancing client relationships in the signage industry. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for meeting customer needs through high-quality signage solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales strategies.
- **Client Interaction**: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their signage needs and offer customized solutions.
- **Product Recommendations**: Analyze client requirements and suggest suitable signage products, materials, and designs that align with their business goals.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Engage in follow-up discussions with clients to address queries, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.
- **Sales Growth**: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the signage or advertising industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions that drive business success.
- Willingness to engage in cold calling and lead generation.
- Prior experience in negotiation and closing deals is preferred.
- Knowledge of signage products and materials is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
