- Understanding the products and services provided by the company.
- Resolving customer complaints, service issues and queries.
- Providing detailed information to customers.
- Negotiating the terms and conditions with the customers.
- Maintaining healthy relationship with the clients.
- Offering exceptional customer service and taking feedbacks.

Clear communication skills, product and service expertise, ability to use positive language, persuasive speaking skills, effective listening.

- High Internet Connection with Speed more than 10mbps
- Proper Electricity with backup like inverter or generator.
