We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Financial Controller to join our team at, a leading provider of managed workspaces. As the Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing various financial aspects of our business operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing fundraising activities to support company growth and expansion plans
- Oversight of treasury and cash flow management to ensure optimal utilization of financial resources
- Leading the accounts and compliance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance
- Providing strategic financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making processes
- Collaborating with other departments to optimize financial performance and achieve organizational goals

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory
- Previous experience working in a Big 4 firm is preferred
- Proven experience in managing fundraising activities and treasury operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sound knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
