A Security Executive is a senior leader responsible for overseeing and implementing an organization's security strategy, policies, and operations. They ensure the protection of assets, information, and reputation from internal and external threats, and often handle risk management, compliance, governance, and audit functions. Key Responsibilities:

- **Developing and Implementing Security Strategies**:This includes creating and updating security policies, procedures, and plans to address various security risks.
- **Risk Assessment and Management**:Identifying, evaluating, and managing security risks, both physical and cyber, to protect the organization's assets and operations.
- **Compliance and Governance**:Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, as well as overseeing internal governance processes.
- **Security Incident Management**:Investigating, responding to, and mitigating security incidents, ensuring timely and effective responses to breaches.
- **Leadership and Team Management**:Leading and managing security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- **Collaboration**:Working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to integrate security considerations into business processes and projects.
- **Security Awareness and Training**:Promoting a strong security culture and providing training to employees on security protocols and procedures.

Specific Duties may include:

- Conducting regular security audits and risk assessments.
- Implementing and managing security technologies, like firewalls and access controls.
- Overseeing physical security measures, including access controls and CCTV systems.
- Developing and maintaining incident response plans.
- Managing records, documentation, and reporting to demonstrate compliance.
- Ensuring the safety and security of people, assets, and facilities.
- Protecting company data and IT assets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
