We are seeking a motivated Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at ASCENT SECURITY AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our security services and enhance brand awareness in the industry. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team, sales department, and other stakeholders to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and overall business growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively promote our security services and solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage social media accounts and online presence to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities to generate leads and attract new clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral and sales tools to support their efforts in client acquisition.
- Analyze marketing metrics and data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and make recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve marketing strategies and tactics.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, associations, and relevant stakeholders to expand our network and enhance brand credibility.
- Assist in the development of marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
