As we continue to expand across global regions, we are looking for an experienced and dynamicHR Executive / HR Specialistto support our domestic and international HR operations.Key Responsibilities Recruitment (Domestic & International – EMEA, Thailand & Brunei) Manage theend-to-end recruitment processacross multiple geographies. Coordinate with hiring managers and external recruitment partners for timely closures. Source, screen, and interview candidates as per business requirements. Manage onboarding formalities and ensure a seamless joining experience. Maintain applicant tracking and communication throughZoho Recruit ATS . Background Verification & Vendor Coordination Handle the completebackground verification processpost onboarding. Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure verifications are completed within defined timelines. Ensure all background checks are initiatedimmediately upon joiningas per TAT standards. MIS & Dashboards Must have hands-on expertise in Advanced Excel— this is a non-negotiable requirement. Prepare monthly and quarterlyHR and Recruitment Dashboardsand presentations. Maintain accurate MIS reports on recruitment metrics, hiring status, and turnaround time (TAT). Provide timely data insights and analytics forleadership reviewsand audits. Employee Engagement Activities Plan and executeemployee engagement initiativesacross teams and locations. Organize team-building activities and engagement events to enhance employee morale. Promote a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and recognition. Employee Connects & Query Resolution Conduct regularemployee connect sessionsto strengthen communication. Handle employee concerns and grievances professionally and promptly. Maintain healthy employee relations and foster a positive workplace environment. HR Operations & Compliance Draft and manage official documents such as requested by different Team, client-requested HR documents, and other employee correspondence. Support internal and externalHR auditsby maintaining proper documentation and compliance. Ensure HR processes adhere toEventus Security’s internal policiesand statutory requirements.Job Specifications Experience:3–6 years of experience in HR (preferably in IT or Security domain). Education:MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification. Functional Skills: Advanced Excel (mandatory) Zoho Recruit / HRMS tools proficiency PowerPoint presentation and reporting skills Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills Analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and timelines Preferred:Exposure toglobal recruitmentand cross-country HR operations (EMEA/SEA regions).Why Join Eventus Security Opportunity to work in adynamic, fast-growing cybersecurity organization .
