Job Title**:Preschool Teacher for Inclusive education**

*Job Type:* Full-time

*Reports to:* Principal / Head of School

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a structured and engaging curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards.
- Plan and conduct fun, interactive, and educational activities to promote language, math, science, and social skills.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment where children feel comfortable expressing themselves.
- Monitor and document children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Encourage creativity, imagination, and problem-solving through play-based learning.
- Teach basic skills such as colors, shapes, numbers, letters, and early literacy concepts.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and parents to support the child’s development.
- Address behavioral challenges with patience, care, and appropriate strategies.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- *Education:*Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, / Special Education/ Clinical Psychology or a related field.
- *Experience:* Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching preschool or early childhood education (mandatory)
- *Skills:*
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- COMMAND of Spoken and written English
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Ability to design and implement engaging lesson plans.
- Knowledge of child psychology, learning methodologies, and behavioral management.
- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
