Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, developing a dynamic curriculum, engaging with young children, and fostering a supportive and educational environment. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring the progress of children, communicating effectively with parents, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
  • Strong background in Early Childhood Education
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in teaching or working with Kindergarten-aged children
  • Ability to create a nurturing and engaging classroom environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred
