Responsibilities:
**Curriculum Implementation**: Plan and execute developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with the preschool curriculum, focusing on a range of learning domains, including language, math, science, and social skills.

**Classroom Management**: Create a safe, inclusive, and organized classroom environment that encourages active participation, cooperation, and positive behavior.

**Individualized Instruction**: Recognize and address the unique learning needs of each child, providing individualized support and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.

**Parent Communication**: Establish and maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on students' progress, organizing parent-teacher conferences, and addressing parental concerns.

**Play-Based Learning**: Incorporate play-based learning activities, educational games, and creative exercises to stimulate children's curiosity and imagination.

**Assessment**: Implement age-appropriate assessment methods to monitor students' developmental progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating results to parents and administrators.

**Learning Resources**: Utilize a variety of teaching aids, materials, and resources to enhance the learning experience, including books, educational toys, and multimedia tools.

**Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other preschool teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive educational environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
