Supporting the development of the children within the curriculum. Producing accurate and effective observations to assess the children’s progress and their effectivenessUsing a variety of resources representing multiple perspectives and addressing the individual needs of children with different levels and types of ability. Providing reassurance to new children to enable a smooth transition.Utilizing a range and balance of planning, teaching, and assessment (recording and reporting) strategies. Execute Monthly/weekly/daily learning outcome goals, implementing and supervising into daily classroom practiceBe accessible and available as a point of contact for parents or careers. Actively communicating with team members and creating an inclusive environment for the staff, students and parents.

**Requirements**:
Education: Preferably certified in early years educationExperience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a lead/Head teacher in pre-primary teaching.Organizational skills: Highly organized, able to plan and organize daily activities, and manage administrative tasks.Creativity and flexibility: Creative and flexible, able to adapt to the changing needs of young children and create engaging and fun learning experiences.Interpersonal Skills: good listener with attention to detail in case of children, patient, ability to remain calm even in challenging situations, good conflict resolution skills and empathetic.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
