Position Title: Preschool Teacher

Location: [row house ground floor plot no 219, sector 1 ghansoli navi mumbai

Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time

**Responsibilities**:
Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that align with the preschool's curriculum.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment to encourage learning through play, exploration, and creativity.

Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Monitor and document students' progress, providing feedback to parents during regular parent-teacher meetings.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.

Use storytelling, art, music, and other creative methods to engage children.

Ensure proper supervision and safety of children at all times.

Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings and training programs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred).

Certification in early childhood education or teaching (e.g., Montessori or other recognized certification).

Previous experience as a preschool teacher or in a similar role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children, parents, and staff.

Passion for teaching and a patient, nurturing attitude.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of child safety regulations
