Job Description: Real Estate Sales Executive

Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary:
As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving property sales and revenue growth for the company. You will work closely with potential buyers, provide them with information about available properties, and guide them through the sales process. Your goal is to generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Sales and Business Development:

- Identify and prospect potential buyers through various channels, including referrals, networking, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends, property values, and competitors' offerings.
- Showcase and promote properties to potential buyers, highlighting their features, benefits, and investment potential.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, provide accurate property information, and schedule property viewings.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by nurturing leads and following up with potential buyers.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized guidance and advice to clients to help them make informed purchase decisions.
- Assist clients in negotiating terms and conditions, including price, financing, and contract agreements.
- Address any concerns or questions raised by clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business or referrals.

3. Sales Administration:

- Prepare and present property proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents accurately and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, legal, and finance, to ensure a smooth and timely sales process.
- Update and maintain sales databases, customer records, and documentation related to sales activities.
- Track sales performance, prepare sales reports, and provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.

4. Industry Knowledge and Compliance:

- Stay informed about real estate market trends, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in real estate sales.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of the company's properties, services, and competitive advantages.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Executive or a similar sales role.
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market, including property types, locations, and pricing trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proactive and result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Effective negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work during evenings or weekends, as required by the real estate sales cycle.
- Valid real estate license or certification (if required by local regulations).

**Salary**: ₹11,022.96 - ₹48,614.54 per month
