Job Summary :

The Real Estate Agent/Sales Executive will play a critical role in the growth and success of our real estate firm by generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and facilitating property sales and rentals. The candidates will serve as the face of the company, providing personalized service, and ensuring seamless transactions while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Client Acquisiton:

  • Proactively source new clients through cold calling walk-ins, digital marketing leads, referrals, and networking events.
  • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Utilize online real estate portals and social media platforms to promote listing and generate inquiries.

Client Consultation and Needs Assessment:

  • Meet clients to understand their specific requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Provide expert advice on current market conditions, pricing trends, and property options.
  • Prepare and present customized property listings that meet client needs.

Property Showings and Negotiations:

  • Schedule and conduct property tours, highlighting salient features and answering client queries effectively.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or lessors and lessees to reach mutually agreeable terms.
  • Aim to maximize client satisfaction while protecting the company's interests.

Transaction Management and Documentation:

  • Assist clients with the preparation and execution of offer letters, agreements, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure all transactions meet regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client interactions in the CRM system.

Market Research and Reporting:

  • Continuously monitor local market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to provide accurate insights to clients.
  • Report sales activity, pipeline status, and market intelligence to team leaders and management.
  • Provide feedback on marketing strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.

Team Collaboration and Development:

  • Collaborate with the marketing, operations, and legal teams to support overall business goals.
  • Participate in training programms, workshops, and team meetings to enhance industry knowledge and sales skills.
  • Contribute ideas to build a client-focused culture and improve customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in real estate sales or related customer service or sales roles preferred but fresher with strong potential are welcome.
  • Strong sales aptitude with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM Software, and comfortable navigating online property portals and social media marketing.
  • Understanding of property laws, RERA regulations, and standard real estate documentation is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
  • Wiillingness to travel locally and work flexible hours including weekends when necessary.
