We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Real Estate Sales Agent** to join our team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties. Your role is crucial in guiding clients through the complex world of real estate and ensuring a smooth, successful transaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Schedule property showings and host open houses.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with clients.
- Provide guidance and advice on market trends, property values, and financing options.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and other real estate professionals.
- Stay updated with local real estate market trends and legal requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a strong interest in the field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
