Position Overview:
We are currently looking for dedicated and results-driven Telemarketing Representatives to contribute to our sales team's success. As a Telemarketing Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products/services, and effectively communicating the value proposition to generate sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities:
2. Document and update customer records with details of interactions and maintain accurate logs of issues reported and resolutions provided.
3. Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
4. Educate customers about the features and benefits of products.
5. Participate in training sessions to improve customer service skills.
6. Gather feedback to help the company improve its offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong hold in English language
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and persist in the face of challenges.
- High school diploma; college degree preferred.
