
Customer Care Executive

**Key Responsibilities:Customer Support (70%)**:
- Handle post-order support including order tracking, returns, exchanges, and complaints.
- Maintain and update customer interaction records using CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to resolve logistics or order issues.
- Collect and share customer feedback with the team for continuous improvement.
**Admin & Operations Support (30%)**:
- Manage daily order reports.
- Assist in documentation, invoicing, and other basic finance tasks.
- Liaise with third-party services (couriers, logistics, vendors) for smooth operations.
- Support in internal coordination with marketing/design/ops teams as needed.
- Take ownership of basic office admin (if in a physical office) including stationery, courier dispatches, etc.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service/admin (e-commerce experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or regional language is a plus).
- Empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office; knowledge of Shopify, Freshdesk, or similar tools is a bonus.
- Highly organized, responsive, and self-motivated.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
