Executive Assistant to CEO

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Schedule Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Correspondence and Communications: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
3. Confidential Matters: Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
4. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals.
6. Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
7. Board and Executive Team Support: Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors and Executive Team as needed.
8. Meeting MoMs - Handle minutes of the meetings and take relative actions
**Requirements**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
3. Skills: Fluent English speaking, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google sheets
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
