Social Media Handler, Graphic Designer for Digital Media

We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer & social media Handler. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and managing our social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and engage with our audience effectively.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop high-quality visual content for various digital platforms including on social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Design graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other visual elements that align with the brand identity and messaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in branding and design across all channels.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design quality.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts, including images, videos, and captions.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase follower growth, engagement, and website traffic.
- Analyze social media metrics and track performance and optimize content for better results.

**Educational qualification & certification**:

- Graduate in any discipline from a Govt recognized university is preferred.
- Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing Communications, or related fields.

**Work Experience Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience ideating and creating visuals for social media.
- Previous experience working as a graphic designer is a must.

**Skill requirement**:

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Understand parameters for social media design;
- Ability to think outside the box and try out an aesthetic that feels new, fresh, delightful, and different;
- Passion for Community based marketing.
- Bonus skills: photography, videography experience, use of video editing software etc.
- Ability to create content that both expresses our brand emotional voice, elevates our brand perception, and feels digestible to the audience.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
