**Job Summary**

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Trainee to join our team. In this role, you will assist in executing our social media strategies, creating engaging content, and analyzing social media performance to help grow our brand’s online presence. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management and develop skills in digital marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**:

- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging social media content (images, videos, graphics, etc.) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Research trending topics and hashtags to ensure content relevance.
- Collaborate with the design team for visuals and creatives.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries.
- Assist in managing the content calendar to ensure timely posts.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all platforms.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement rate, reach, impressions).
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Identify new opportunities to increase audience reach and engagement.
- **Campaign Support**:

- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, contests, and giveaways.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (students or recent graduates welcome).
- Passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
- Basic understanding of social media tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with basic photo and video editing tools.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Previous internship or project experience in social media/digital marketing.
